How are rental days counted?

In 24-hour periods from the pick-up time. If you return later than that time, one more day is added.

When you pick up the car, an amount is held on your credit card (it is not a charge) and released when you return it. It ranges from $450.000 to $1.000.000, depending on the category and coverage you choose.

When is my booking confirmed?

When you upload your ID or passport and your driver’s license, and pay a deposit or register your card. As soon as everything is in, it is confirmed automatically.

Can I travel to Argentina?

Yes, with the border-crossing permit ($150.000, one-time fee). It must be requested at least 72 business hours in advance and is subject to availability. Full coverage is not valid outside Chile.

How do I view or change my booking?
